A journey through taste, culture and traditions

Why now

The road runs one way today

Russians are the largest group of foreign tourists in Türkiye. Turkish tourists in Russia are still rare. That gap is the opportunity.

To Türkiye
To Russia

About 100 to 1. The Gastronomic Ring builds the road back.

The idea

Tourism exchange must become bilateral

Painted Russian and Turkish flags side by side over a mountain landscape

For Russia

What the host country gains

  • Promotion of regions beyond Moscow and St. Petersburg
  • Support for small business: farms, family kitchens, local guides

For Türkiye

What Turkish travellers gain

  • A new destination, close and easy to reach
  • The neighbour’s cuisine, tasted where it was born
Our goal

To strengthen relations between Russia and Türkiye through tourism, culture and gastronomy.

Stronger bilateral ties

Exchange cultural values and build a lasting channel of tourism between the two countries.

New routes

Develop routes across Russian regions that the Turkish audience has not seen yet.

Russia through taste

Show more than beautiful cities: the cuisine, the hospitality and the everyday traditions of Russian, Caucasian and Volga peoples.

Key idea

Cuisine is a universal language. Through food a traveller gets closer to Russia, and Russia gets closer to Türkiye.

Signature routes

Two rings, eight tables

Each ring covers four cities in eight days by comfortable coach, with carefully selected hotels along the way.

Our story

The Gastronomic Ring is a tourism product and a piece of people’s diplomacy at the same time. Every dinner is a small meeting between two countries.

A bridge between cultures

Guests learn the customs behind each dish.

People’s diplomacy

Real contact between families, not only between states.

Growth for regions

Income for small business and local producers.

Long-term friendship

Guests who return, and bring friends with them.
